No. Most of our packages include delivery & installation. Only the basic package excludes installation & delivery. But you can contact us until 9 p.m.

No. All packages include the same player with the same titles.
Unfortunately not. All our systems are identical. This would involve including the requested titles in all our readers in order to accommodate this request.
Here are some solutions for problems encountered. You will probably find a solution!
Go to the settings (gear logo). Then go back to the application (KTV) home page and choose (set up). If a light bulb’s logo is not bright orange and the IP address does not appear, press search and it should connect within seconds.
Check that you have correctly connected your HDMI wire between the back of the player (1 HDMI port) & the TV or projector. Please select the appropriate video input.
First of all please check that you have correctly connected the red & white audio (RCA type) wire between the player & your sound source (monitor supplied or loudspeaker). If the problem persists, please check that the red 'Mute' button on the top left of the remote control is not working. Press it once. Even if you can see the percentage of volume increase on the screen, if the mute is on, the sound will not modulate without pressing the mute button.
